Where Do Consumers Want Transparency Content?

user-icn

One thing we hoped to uncover during our Transparency Consumer Survey was where consumers want to see transparency content.

It wasn’t surprising that most consumers want transparency content on product labeling and brand websites, but what about the other areas?

The most unexpected finding was that 79% of consumers want transparency information on in-store assets. Because most brands are not communicating transparency through in-store signage or other assets, brands can capitalize immediately by implementing in-store display that delivers transparency content to consumers.

Additionally, when we went deeper into demographic results, we were surprised to find that Millennial Females and Gen X Males prefer transparency content via digital channels more than Gen X Females and Millennial Males.

Most brands are highlighting transparency content on product labels and websites. If you want to truly differentiate your brand through transparency content, especially for Gen X Males and Millennial Females, consider new ways to present this information such as through in-store assets.
