    With more than two decades in the digital marketing space, Josh has pioneered best-in-class consumer acquisition, brand partnerships, and relationship marketing platforms for some of the world’s largest advertisers and brands, including Procter & Gamble, American Red Cross, The Humane Society, ConAgra Foods, IBM, Disney, and Capital One.

    Keith leads Response Media’s technology and privacy team in delivering advanced applications and integration for some of the world’s largest brands. His unique technology insights and perspectives stem from his classic training as a software engineer in object-oriented languages and his extensive hands-on training and experience with open source languages, SQL, Oracle, Amazon DB, leading analytics platforms, CRM platforms, web services, and automation.

    Betty founded Response Media in 1979 with the goal of servicing the direct marketing needs of businesses throughout the Southeast. The company’s client base quickly grew national in scope and now reads like a Who’s Who of Fortune 100 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Disney, Cox Enterprises, and ConAgra Foods. Betty’s commitment to client-focused communications has helped the company grow and strengthen its position as a world-class interactive marketing services firm.

    Betty has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the most influential women in the city. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the City University of New York.

    Ami manages our industry-leading Client Experience team specializing in building valuable, and meaningful relationships between brands and consumers at scale. We currently work with some of the world’s most respected, forward-thinking brands, collaborating on creating best practices for consumer acquisition, email, and digital relationship marketing. Our vertical agency expertise includes Mom/Child-focused, CPG, Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Home, Travel & Tourism, and Small/Medium Business Marketing.

    Ami is a well-established marketing leader bringing her experience from multiple industries. She has spent 20+ years in the Client Experience space working through most every role at major holding companies, and large independent agencies, working directly with CMOs, VPs, and internal leadership teams. Most recently she has come from managing sales and client experience teams across several verticals of business with clients such as Taco Bell, Subaru of America, Staples, Kubota, Dollar General, Shark Ninja, Stellantis, Anytime Fitness, Tacori, and several more.

    Michael is a veteran of agency finance and services and has been a long-term, valued member of the Response Media leadership team for the past two decades. Currently, Michael manages finance and human resources for Response Media and acts as the banking and benefits liaison. Formerly, Michael contributed his unique management skills to Walker & Associates in agency finance and technology. His tenure in the hospitality field includes stints in the corporate offices of Holiday Inns Worldwide and the world-famous Peabody Hotel in Memphis.

    Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from The University of Memphis.

    Michelle leads Response Media’s initiatives in planning and executing relationship, digital media, and social marketing campaigns for clients such as Pampers, Prilosec, Charter, ConAgra Foods, Disney, and Alaska Tourism. With more than 20 years of digital media experience, Michelle has acquired extensive expertise in targeting moms, empty nesters, young adults/teens, the Hispanic community, African Americans, and small businesses on behalf of a wide range of Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, SC Johnson, Nestlé Purina, and Charter Communications.

    With more than 20 years of experience in direct and digital marketing strategy, Jennifer developed a strong foundation in strategy and execution of both direct mail and digital in a data driven environment, as well as an ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both clients and internal teams.

    Jennifer has spanned the customer lifecycle with brands such as Best Buy, The Home Depot, and HSBC. She currently leads the development of omnichannel marketing programs and believes that data and relationships are two critical elements for success in the marketing world.

    Leeanne began in sales but soon transitioned into traditional marketing at RM. Since then, she has made servicing client accounts and contributing value the cornerstone of her career. Having the opportunity to start with a background in traditional direct marketing and transitioning to digital marketing has been a challenge and an achievement, informing her work moving forward.

    In the past Leeanne has led the teams for JCPenney Financial, Capital One, Shutterfly, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Cedar Fair, Carter’s, and Georgia Pacific.Leeanne serves as the head account executive for Enfamil and Cedar Fair.
