A global leader in workforce payment products and services wanted to acquire new applicants for its professional MasterCard®. Response Media was tasked with identifying and targeting owners of construction and contractor businesses to hit aggressive KPIs and outperform historic acquisition benchmarks.
Response Media expanded the client’s reach with new prospect sources and developed a multi-touchpoint strategy, including direct mail, email, programmatic digital display media, and telemarketing. The new creative was designed to deliver a more responsive audience using relevant seasonal content. Based on in-depth audience research, email testing included an A/B split around messaging to drive higher conversion to card applications.
