Betty founded Response Media in 1979 with the goal of servicing the direct marketing needs of businesses throughout the southeast. The company’s client base quickly grew national in scope and now reads like a Who’s Who of Fortune 100 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Georgia Pacific, Disney, Gerber Life, Bank of America, Carat Worldwide, Abbot Labs/Ross, Pfizer, Wyeth, and Unilever. Betty’s commitment to client-focused communications has helped the company to grow and strengthen its position as a world-class, integrated marketing services firm.
Betty has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the most influential women in the city. Response Media has been named one of the top 10 “Best Places to Work” in Atlanta by The Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2005, Response Media achieved certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and in 2006 was named one of the top 500 woman-owned businesses in the U.S. by DiversityBusiness.com.
Josh Perlstein - President
As the leader of Response Media's Interactive Services division, Josh brings to the role fifteen years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, financial services, and pharmaceutical markets. Josh is a member of the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) List Leaders Council, Email Committee, Agency Council and International Council. Josh lectures frequently on customer acquisition and how companies can grow databases and profit from e-commerce.
Josh holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas.
Patrick Rogge - Chief Innovation Officer
Patrick joined Response Media in 2007 in the role of overseeing the development of new business and customer-centric new products and enhanced services. In his 20-plus years in business management, Patrick has helped to transform corporations in a variety of business sectors, including consumer packaged goods, consumer services, financial services, entertainment, and business-to-business. Patrick has developed strategic marketing and brand repositioning initiatives for clients ranging from ConAgra Foods and Disney Interactive to Bally’s Total Fitness, Nestle Purina Petcare, and Paramount Domestic Television.
Patrick holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird University’s American Graduate School of International Management and a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Ed Page - VP, Growth
Ed Page has joined Response Media as the company’s Vice President, Growth, overseeing the development of new interactive business and customer-centric services.
In his 20-plus years in online and offline advertising and marketing, Ed has guided internet traffic build programs for consumer packaged goods, consumer services, retail, fast food, and manufacturing clients such as Procter & Gamble, Georgia-Pacific, Coca-Cola, Ralston Purina, Pet, Anheuser Busch, GlaxoSmithKline, and Black & Decker.
Ed was most recently V.P. Strategic Accounts for RealTime Media and Q Interactive.
Michael McMackin - Vice President Finance and Operations
Michael joined Response Media in 1992. In addition to managing all accounting and IT functions, he is credited with leading the company's seamless transition to an ESOP company.
Diane Widerstrom - Vice President, Integrated Services
Diane applies over 25 years of experience across all direct marketing disciplines, including direct mail, interactive, media brokerage and production services for clients such as Walt Disney World, Honey Baked Hams, U.S. Army, Bank of America and other financial institutions.
Diane has written a variety of articles for trade publications, presented at numerous Direct Marketing Association events and taught for the Direct Marketing Education Foundation.
Diane holds an undergraduate degree in liberal arts from Manhattanville College.
Lynn Smith - Director, Strategic Development
Lynn has more than 20 years of agency and client-side experience in online and
offline direct marketing, in support of clients like Kodak, Radio Shack, U.S.
Air Force, JC Penney and Nokia. Lynn leverages expertise in CPG, technology, retail,
manufacturing, government and B2B service sectors to guide company and client
strategies to develop, manage and measure direct marketing initiatives.
Lynn holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in business from National Louis University.
